Julie Egan, an award-winning municipal research analyst, has joined Community Capital Management as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager. She will be based in Community Capital's Charlotte office.
Egan will be responsible for municipal credit analysis and research on current and new portfolio holdings. She will also be working with the portfolio management team in structuring new deals on behalf of clients.
"With over 23 years of investment management experience, Julie's expertise in municipal housing research will be a valuable addition to the portfolio management team," said Barbara VanScoy, Founder, Chair and Senior Portfolio Manager.
