Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLVT) ("BulovaTech" or "the Company") announces the appointment of John M. Devlin, Jr. to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Devlin joins the board with significant executive level experience and is anticipated to take an active role in Business development for the Company.
