American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (AHMSI) filed suit today in Franklin County, Ohio, against the Ohio Attorney General to dispute unsupported allegations made in a pre-suit letter from the Ohio Attorney General's office regarding the company's mortgage loan servicing practices, including its customer service, loss mitigation, and loan modification activities, under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.
