Beacon Power Corporation (NASDAQ: BCON) Recent Highlights In July, the Company began operating a second megawatt (MW) of flywheel-based frequency regulation capacity at its facility in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. This is in addition to its first MW, which has been in operation since November, 2008.
