Dr. Keith A. Horn, former division vice president and director of commercial technology for Corning Incorporated in Corning, NY has been named Associate Dean of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, effective November 3, 2009.
"Keith understands the role of the sciences in the 21st century world and its centrality in addressing the most compelling social and ethical issues of our time," said Shirley A. Mullen, college president. "He brings his expertise as a chemist, his passion for the sciences, his global experience, and a background which enables him to build bridges between Houghton College and the larger academic and business world."
