"The main objective of this paper is to apply the parameter expansion technique (a modified Lindstedt-Poincare method) to calculate the first, second, and third-order approximations of motion of a nonlinear oscillator arising in rigid rod rocking back. The dynamics and frequency of motion of this nonlinear mechanical system are analyzed," researchers in Iran report.
