By James Gatdet Dak November 12, 2009 (JUBA) -- The Vice President of the Government of Southern Sudan and Deputy Chairperson of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM), Dr. Riek Machar Teny, would on Thursday brief the party's Political Bureau on the latest negotiations with the National Congress Party (NCP).
