More Nigerian Companies may soon be listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), if they meet the criteria, a top official of the Exchange told some African journalists last week.

Richard Webster-Smith, the Manager, International Business development for Africa and Middle East of the Exchange, told journalists in a presentation that the London exchange was already in talks with some Nigerian companies.

We are already talking with some of these companies and hopefully, we expect to see some of them listed on the stock exchange soon he said, but declined to give either the names or the number of the Nigerian companies already ...
