Weight Loss Surgical Center said Wednesday that it will build a specialty hospital in Overland Park called Blue Valley Hospital.
The hospital, scheduled to open in the summer, will be at 12850 Metcalf Ave., Weight Loss Surgical Center said in a release.
The Overland Park-based company is not disclosing the construction cost, spokesman Adam Yarbrough said in an e-mail.
