TRIBUTES have been paid to a businessman who was stabbed to death at a West Lancashire flat.
Peter Berkley, 43, of Aughton, who was one of four brothers, was described by his family as a "shining golden light".
His body was discovered at the rear of a flat in Abbeystead, Little Digmoor, Skelmersdale, at 10.15am on Saturday.
Mr Berkley was company secretary of the family business, Abbeystead Northwest Ltd, which owned the property where he was killed.
Michal Kalinowski, 21, who is from Poland but was living in Skelmersdale, was arrested the next day in Scotland.
