Classe chef repeats as top Culinary Cornucopia winner
Jeremy Kane, executive chef of Classe Catering in Albany, for the second year won the Grand Award at Sunday's 19th annual Culinary Cornucopia, held at the Albany Marriott in Colonie. The event, which annually attracts about 500 diners, raises funds for Living Resources, an organization offering programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
Chefs do not compete against one another but for points awarded by judges certified by the American Culinary Federation; their evaluations cover criteria including taste, serving size, use of product, sanitation, ...
