November 13, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Hyperdynamics Corp. (AMEX: HDY) (Current Market Cap: $90.21 Mil.) has entered into a definitive agreement to sell 1,578,948 shares of its common stock at a price per share of $0.95 in a registered direct offering to an institutional investor.
The company will see gross proceeds of around $1.5 million. Hyperdynamics plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
