MELBOURNE, Nov 13 Asia Pulse - Australia's GrainCorp Ltd (ASX:GNC) said on Friday that it had completed the acquisition of United Malt Holdings Ltd (UMH) for A$757 million (US$698.26 million).

GrainCorp announced the acquisition of UMH in early October.
