MELBOURNE, Nov 13 Asia Pulse - Campbell Brothers Ltd (ASX:CPB), a leading Australian soap and chemical manufacturer, will acquire all of Ecowise Environmental Pty Ltd for A$51 million (US$47.04 million) and integrate the water research specialist into its ALS Laboratory Group.
Campbell Brothers said it has agreed to pay A$40 million for equity and assume A$11 million of Ecowise's debt as total consideration for the acquisition which will be settled later this month.
