Are you guzzling down coffee to get that morning kick? Do you fall asleep at boring meetings or need a nap just to make it through the day? Then chances are you are not getting enough sleep.
Experts say most people need about eight hours of sleep to be at their best the next day. Because most Americans have busy schedules, people are cheating themselves out of at least one hour a day by sleeping less, and they don't even realize it.
JET contacted a few experts who offered some simple ways to tell if a person is not getting enough sleep.
