When consumers are grouped by cheese usage habits, manufacturers can develop and market specific varieties and forms to leverage each user segment
It's in bagels, breads, omelettes, pastas, salad dressings, soups and sauces. It's on burgers, burritos, nachos, pizzas, salads and sandwiches. And it's often served plain with crackers, grapes and fine wines. It's cheese, and we're eating a lot of it, but the dairy industry would love if we ate even more.
