Blending the elements of culinary art with food science is comparable to blending authentic ethnic cuisine with traditional American fare. Each element is a crucial factor in the development of authentic-tasting, marketable food products.
To assist food manufacturers with this goal, Griffith Laboratories has constructed a Culinary Center at its Alsip, Ill., headquarters.
