There are two ways to interpret that headline and both are correct. In the "Contest Section" you may read about the historical aspect of the Library as it relates to books donated by King George III. However, the slang expression, it's history, is also correct: the King's Library, as we know it, will not exist next year.
So, if you can, rush to see what is described as "this majestic gallery... the lofty dimensions and classical grandeur of the King's Library." (1)
