Over its 15-year, seven-album career, 54.40 has consistently explored different musical tangents. This has resulted in what bass player Brad Merritt calls "three flavours of fans." Now, Merritt has high hopes that the band's newest release, Trusted By Millions, will unite those fans.
"I'm hoping we can bring some people together on this one. There's continuity from one record to another but we've always re-invented ourselves from record to record as well," he explains. "This one, you're kind of getting a `best of.' A lot of love went into the creation of this record."
