MIAMI, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Solar Systems by Sun Dance, Inc. today announced that it has commenced a public offering of 300,000 units at a price of $4.50 per unit. The net proceeds of the offering, estimated to be approximately $1,000,000, will be used to promote sales; to design, purchase and produce tools and dies; to repay indebtedness; and to provide working capital.
Each unit consists of six shares of common stock, four common stock purchase warrants expiring on June 30, 1984 (the "1984 Warrants") and four redeemable common stock purchase warrants expiring on Dec. 31, 1986 (the "Redeemable Warrants").
