BUFFALO, N.Y., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Orrin D. Tobbe, president of diversified financial services for Goldome and chairman of a new interstate electronic banking network to be shared by seven banks, announced today that Madison Consulting Group, Inc. has been named to assist in organizing the implementation of the network. The network, which is expected to be operational before year-end, will be shared by The Bank of New York, Barclays Bank of New York, N.A., Chemical Bank, Goldome, Manufacturers Hanover, National Westminster Bank USA and Union Trust Company.
