CLEWISTON, Fla., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Employers of West Indies Workers and Jamaican governmental officials gathered here yesterday at a luncheon to honor Harold Francis Quinn Edwards, C.D., O.B.E., chief liaison officer of the West Indies Central Labor Organization.
Nearly 300 of Edwards' colleagues and associates convened at the John Boy Auditorium to express thanks and appreciation for his 32 years of service to the West Indies Farmworker Program in the United States.
