HOUSTON, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- C. T. Wells has been elected vice chairman of the board and Mark R. Wellman has been made president and chief executive Officer of Gulf Applied Technologies (NASDAQ:GATS).
Wells has served as president of the company for the past 12 years. Wellman w
