NEW YORK, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Francis X. Kosch was elected senior vice president at the annual meeting of East River Savings Bank, Austin 'S. Murphy, chairman and president, announced.
Kosch, who had been administrative vice president since 1979, is the senior lending officer of the bank and will continue responsibility for the mortgage investment department and its portfolio of $1.35 billion in addition to mortgage and consumer lending.
