NEW YORK, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- "Silk Roads/China Ships," a major exhibition illustrating the scope and influence of trade between the Orient and the West from the 1st century A.D. to the early 20th century, premieres in the United States at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City on Feb. 17.
Made possible by a grant from the American Express Foundation, "Silk Roads/China Ships" is the first major exhibition assembled for a North American tour by Canada's Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, where the exhibition opened in September.
