CINCINNATI, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Carlisle Corporation (NYSE) announced it has agreed in principle to acquire Digital Controls, Inc., Dayton, Ohio. The acquisition is subject to compliance with certain legal requirements and the negotiation and execution of a definitive agreement; closing is expected to occur near the end of February.
Digital Controls is a privately-held company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets switching and control systems for use in computer installations that consist of one or more central processing units linked to a variety of peripheral equipment.
