WILLIAMSBURG, Va., March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Williamsburg Landing, a luxury retirement community to be co-developed and managed by American Retirement Corporation, got its official start today with a $36.2 million bond issue by the Industrial Development Authority of James City County, Va.
Proceeds of the bond issue will be used to finance land acquisition, construction, and equipment for the project, which envisions 221 residential units on a 70-acre wooded site two miles from Colonial Williamsburg.
