NEW YORK, May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The Motion Picture Group of Paramount Pictures Corporation has established a series of new all-time industry achievements with its domestic release of Lucasfilm's "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" debuting to a six-day gross of $42,267,345 for the biggest intital box-office figures history of motion picture exhibition, it was announced today by Frank G. Mancuso, president of the Motion Picture Group.
