PUNTA GORDA, Fla., June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Punta Gorda Isles, Inc. (AMEX-PGA), and Bass Brothers Realty Co. today announced that the two companies had reached an agreement in principle in which Bass Brothers Realty will provide management services and personnel to Punta Gorda Isles.
As part of the agreement, which is subject to the approval of the boards of directors of both companies, Bass Brothers Realty Co. personnel will be made available to Punta Gorda Isles to provide management in the area of sales, marketing, construction and finance.
Bass Brothers Realty Co. will receive cash compensation and warrants to purchase 300,000 shares of Punta Gorda ...
