NEW YORK, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Thomas R. Donahue has been named the grand marshall of the 1984 New York Labor Day Parade Monday, Sept. 3. Donahue is a native of New York City who started his union career with Service Employees Local 32B-J.
