MELBOURNE, Fla., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Family Medical Treatment Centers of America, Inc. announced that it has acquired a Walk-In Medical Center in Satellite Beach, Fla., for approximately $650,000. A major portion of the purchase price is contingent upon the attainment of future earnings of the center. The center, which has been in operation since August 1983, was 28 percent owned by Stephen M. Miley, M.D., president of Family Medical Centers.
