NEW YORK -- Formo, Inc., The management company for J. Taverniti in the U.S., has severed its relationship with SS1, its fromer marketing organization, in order to oversee sales of its Taverniti and French Bread lines on its own.
SS1, headed by Steven Sternberg, was retained as the sales and distribution arm for Taverniti, a contemporary men's and women's wear collection, and French Bread, a more moderately-price men's and women's fashion line, this summer.
