DETROIT, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Hockey League announced today that Chrysler/Plymouth and Dodge vehicle will be the "Official Cars and Trucks of the NHL."
Chrysler and Dodge also will serve as the exclusive sponsor of the NHL Player of the Week/Month/Year Awards.
The award to the outstanding NHL player of the week and month will include a special donation in the player's name to the youth hockey program of his choice, in addition to the player receiving a plaque.
The Player of the Year will win the Chrysler Corporation automobile of his choice to be presented during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
