GLENVIEW, Ill., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadcast Advertisers Reports Inc. (BAR), a subsidiary of SFN Cos. Inc. (NYSE: SFN), today announced the acquisition of 100 percent of the stock of Radio TV Reports Inc. (RTV).
The purchase price and terms were not disclosed.
RTV was founded in 1936 to produce reports on advertising commercials, news, and program content in radio. With the advent of television, its services were expanded to incorporate the video element.
