NEW YORK, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur Guinness and Sons plc has acquired the Champneys Group of Companies.
The Champneys Group includes the health spas of Champneys at Tring and Champneys at Stobo Castle. The consideration was approximately 3 million pounds sterling.
The Champneys business will form part of a new health group to be established by Guinness.
