NEW YORK -- The drama continues to boil between Halston and Halston Enterprises.

Although Halston is still employed as president and chief executive officer of Halston Enterprises, Halston said last week he's preferring to do this work at home and pointed out he doesn't even have a key to the office.

Asked whether this was true, Carl Epstein, managing director of Halston Enterprises, said: "He's allowed to come up here. He makes his own schedule; he doesn't punch a clock."
