WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Federal Aviation Administration's withholding of an April report on safety problems at bankrupt Continental Airlines -- until ferreted out by the Washington Post -- was an inexcusable act that aided Continental, misled the U.S. Congress and abused the traveling public, according to the president of the Air Line Pilots Association.
