WHEN the Natural Gas Policy Act (NGPA) of 1978 finally runs its course on Dec. 31, 1984, what will it mean? Simply put, it will mark the beginning of some happier New Years for consumers of natural gas.
There is little doubt that when partial decontrol of natural gas commences at long last on January 1, 1985, there should be good news for those who heat their homes with this fuel.
