PISCATAWAY, N.J., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular meeting yesterday, the board of directors of City Federal Savings, the wholly owned subsidiary of CityFed Financial Corp. (OTC: CTYF), elected Alfred J. Hedden, currently president and deputy chief executive officer, as chief executive officer of the association effective Jan. 1, 1985.
Gilbert G. Roessner will continue as chairman of City Federal Savings. Roessner also serves as chairman and chief executive officer of CityFed Financial Corp., which just became effective yesterday.
