PLAINFIELD, Ind., Dec. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- In order to take into account a decision issued yesterday by the Indiana Court of Appeals, Public Service Indiana says it will ask the state Public Service Commission for permission to delay filing specifics of a proposed rate increase.

PSI will ask that a new filing date be determined at a pre-hearing conference already scheduled for Jan. 10.
