Virgin Islands Struck by Storm

Total disaster!' . . . "I can't believe the devastation' . . . "I can't imagine what would have happened if a hurricane with 200-m.p.h. winds had hit us.' These were some of the comments witnesses made in the aftermath of Tropical Storm/Hurricane Klaus's destruction in the Virgin Island last November.
