MAJOR brand, regular grade, dealer tank wagon gasoline prices rose an average 0.69 cent per gallon int he last week, the second increase in two weeks, and the first significant increase in months.
The average dealer tank wagon price for regular this week, according to The Oil Daily's survey of 50 cities across the country, is 76.57 cents per gallon.
Rack and terminal postings also are beginning to reflect a more significant upward trend. Among the latest moves:
* EXXON CO. USA reduced rack distillate prices Feb. 9 by 0.3 to 1.0 cent per gallon in selected Gulf Coast and East Coast markets. Gasoline prices rose 1.0 cent in Greensboro, N.C., ...
