NEW YORK -- Wool for spring and summer apparel, for the knitwear industry and for casual attire are three development targets of The Wool Bureau for the coming year, says president Robert Nahas.

The "cool wool" advertising campaign, which kicked off in 1983 for spring-summer 1984 and gathered steam last year for spring '85, has finally reached last year's goal: to get 10 retailers in major cities to co-op the effort, Nahas said. In 1984, the goal wasn't reached "mainly because merchandise was not sold in enough depth."
