Article: Christian right aims votes at new targets; born-again conservatives are raising funds to defend GOP lawmakers and knock off some liberals in '86 elections.

The Christian right, whose newfound political muscle some analysts expected to quickly turn flabby, is building up to throw even more weight around at the polls next year and in 1988.

The sworn mission: Turn the country back to traditional morality--especially on such issues as abortion, school prayer, pornography and tuition tax credits.

Among efforts by conservative evangelicals that are already under way for the 1986 campaign:
