NEW YORK -- Fundamentals, an independent firm that represented several progressive apparel and accessories lines, has been dissolved.
Two of the partners, Jay Goldberg and Bob Maxwell, have formed Style Counsel, another independent sales agency.
The third partner of Fundamentals, Barbara Kramer, is in negotiations and expects to disclose her plans shortly.
Style Counsel, based at 335 West 38th Street, represents the Studio Tokyo sportswear and Peter Werth sweater lines, Studio Tokyo socks, Leslie Chin jewelry and Marianne Moore scarves. All five lines were previously handled by Fundamentals. G.B. Clothing, another Fundamentals client, is ...
