DALLAS -- Three years after the inception of Brenner, Inc., a moderate-price dress house that has met with more than considerable success here, founder Gary Eshelbrenner is eyeing 1986 with gleeful expectation and gearing up for another eventful year. While other manufacturers have felt the irksome weight of imports and the challenge of a tricky economy, Brenner has managed to spawn two wholly owned apparel subsidiaries and maneuver a merger with a Pennsylvania real estate development firm that will keep Brenner now called Brenner International, on sound financial footing for some time to come.
