U.S. LEASING ELECTS H.S. WINOKUR TO BOARD
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Leasing International Inc. (NYSE: USL) today said that Penn Central Corp. officer and director Herbert S. Winokur Jr. was elected to its board.
The diversified equipment leasing company said two other directors will not stand for re-election at the company's April 25 annual meeting.
