Strong '85 Makes BarclaysAmerican Bullish on '86

Record setting growth in 1985 has given BarclaysAmerican/Commercial, Inc., strong momentum as it seeks to better those results in 1986.

BarclaysAmerican, one of the major U.S. factoring operations based here in the Southeast, improved its 1985 volume to $2,582,000,000 over $2,381,000,000 in 1984, an increase of about 8.5 per cent, and is planning to grow another 10 to 12 per cent in 1986, according to Edward L. Boyd, president and chief executive officer.
