LOS ANGELES, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Flight operations at Flying Tigers' new domestic and international air-cargo hub at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base in Columbus, Ohio, began Monday, according to Lewis H. Jordan, president of the Los Angeles-based air-cargo carrier.
