NEW YORK, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Biotech Capital Corp. (BCC)(NASDAQ: BITC) today announced that an agreement in principle has been reached for BCC to purchase 47.5 percent of newly issued common stock of the Learning Channel (TLC), a Washington-based cable television network.
As part of the agreement, BCC would hold an option to acquire up to 51 percent of TLC, under certain terms and conditions.
